Memorial Day Tribute Celebration to our Veterans

Many of us celebrate Memorial Day with a start-of-summer barbecue, beach trip, or town parade every May. But, no matter the plans, it's important to remember the true meaning of the celebration. It's a day dedicated to honoring the fallen soldiers that have fought to protect our freedom.

On Monday, May 29th, the Meriwether Co Rotary Club, the Manchester Woman's Club, and the Manchester Kiwanis partner to honor our heroes with a floral tribute, playing of taps, a few words of thanks at the Manchester Mill, and food and fellowship with each other at the Manchester Senior Senior.
