8 Paul Harris Fellows Recognized

On Tuesday, February 1, 2022, the Meriwether County Rotary Club recognized eight club members as Paul Harris Fellows for their generous donations to the Rotary Foundation. Bob Patterson, Lisa Thompson, and Faye Perdue were recognized as Paul Harris Fellows Plus One, meaning they have gifted $2,000 to the Rotary Foundation. Cliff Elliott, Kay Williamson, and Laurie Lewis were recognized as Paul Harris Fellows Plus Two, meaning that they have gifted $3,000 to the Rotary Foundation. Al Griffin and Lori Quinlin were recognized for the first time as Paul Harris Fellows.

A world of peace and goodwill comes closer to reality when Rotary members become a Paul Harris Fellow. With a gift of $1000.00 or more, the Rotary Foundation provides educational and humanitarian programs that achieve beneficial changes in our world: Improved living conditions, increased food production, better education, wider availability of treatment and rehabilitation for the sick and disabled, new channels for the flow of international understanding, and brighter hopes for peace.
